Our facility is unlike any gym you’ve been to before. We pride ourselves in not only providing world class training but also believe in creating a  dynamic environment for like-minded people who are working hard to achieve lasting fitness result.

With over 20 years experience we know what works! We combine a variety of different training styles that will not only get you to your goal in a short space of time but keep it fun so you never get bored.

Personal Training Program

You will get everything you need from Personal Training Programs to Dietary Advice. Our highly experienced Trainers know how to motivate you and work your body to achieve your goals like never before. No more boring treadmills, no more weight machines or hours in the gym for little to no results. We bring out your inner athlete and train you in all elements needed in life. Our focus is Functional Training for a well balanced body and mind.

All you need to do now is show up!

Group Classes

Customised to all fitness levels. Loco HQ also offers Group Classes. We run at multiple group classes per day. At Loco HQ you can mix up your training sessions so you never do the same thing twice: one day you are at the gym, the next you are enjoying the beautiful Beachside Training Sessions. Variety is key in keeping your training enjoyable.

These classes are a great extra to add to your training schedule. Here at Loco HQ we have you covered. We are your One Stop Shop for all your Gym and Fitness needs.


Different training styles from cardio, functional, strength all mixed into one. This class will keep your body well balanced in all fitness components so you feel amazing. Also warm ups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work, and mental fortitude to bring fitness to another level! A fun class like no other with animal movements as well suited to all levels of fitness.

Loco Kids

A class for kids aged 12-16yrs. Where they get to climb, jump, monkey, swing all over the gym. Also learn the basics to move forward in life. Which will give them the strength & endurance to compete in anything they set their mind to.


Is a class that could be based inside or outdoors. Like bootcamp style training to get you outside and finish off your week with a bang. Be ready!!

Loco Circuit

A great class to get your heart rate up and build long lean muscles. Going through so many different types of exercises and will always keep you on your toes.

JunkYard Gains

This class is here for you to work on “anything” you want to get better at or don’t do efficiently. You may want to organize a 4-6 week program to follow during these class times or you may use this time to work on things your coach has given you.

Holistic Training

Holistic Training is bodyweight moments which help improve mobility, strength, stability, coordination, balance, conditioning and breathing. The body is a “whole” not just parts. This helps bring them together physical & psychological by connecting both.

Oly Lifting

Oly Lifting is learning and building on the technical lifts.
