I have been a Personal Trainer since 2002 and became a trainer because I could see the struggle people had with their bodies. The pressure of body image and the impact it had on peoples lives and I wanted to help. I am a mum of 4 beautiful girls and this has strengthened my determination to help change the perception of “the perfect body”.

I have experienced and trained over so many different training styles from pilates to crossfit, resistance training to calisthenics. I have learnt what works and what doesn’t. After having my girls I understand how hard it is for women to keep training like they used to and the pressure put on all mothers these days. I train you hard but am a strong believer in being kind to yourself.
